Hereinafter, “the RESPONSIBLE PARTY” or “Ondarre”.

2. Purpose and scope of application

These General Conditions regulate the access, navigation, and use of the website www.ondarre.net, as well as the purchase of products offered through the online store (specifically, artisanal cheeses made with Latxa sheep’s milk).

The use of the website and/or the completion of an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of these conditions.

These conditions may be modified without prior notice. Periodic consultation is recommended, as the conditions in force at the time of placing the order will apply.

3. Products

The products offered on www.ondarre.net are artisanal food products (cheeses), produced by the RESPONSIBLE PARTY. The photographs, descriptions, and characteristics of the products published on the website are for illustrative purposes and may show slight variations compared to the final product, which are typical of artisanal production.

The RESPONSIBLE PARTY reserves the right to withdraw any product from the website without prior notice, as well as to modify its marketing conditions.

4. Purchase process

  1. Product selection and adding to the shopping cart.
  2. Filling in the shipping and billing details.
  3. Selection of the payment method.
  4. Order confirmation.

Once the order is finalized, the user will receive a confirmation email with the details of the purchase made.

5. Prices and taxes

The prices shown on the website are expressed in euros (€) and include the current Value Added Tax (VAT), unless expressly stated otherwise.

Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are calculated and indicated separately before finalizing the purchase, as detailed in the Shipping Policy.

The RESPONSIBLE PARTY reserves the right to modify prices at any time, although products will be billed at the price in effect at the time the order is finalized.

6. Payment methods

Payment will be made through the means enabled during the purchase process. All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways.

As these are perishable food products, the RESPONSIBLE PARTY takes special care in packaging and transport to ensure the product arrives in optimal condition.

8. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article 103, letter d), of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly, as is the case with the perishable food products sold on this website.

However, if the product received presents any quality defect or does not correspond to the order placed, the user may contact the RESPONSIBLE PARTY at eneko.goiburu@gmail.com within a maximum period of (insert withdrawal period as specified by them) from receipt, to arrange for its replacement or a refund.

9. Guarantees and compliance

The RESPONSIBLE PARTY is liable for any lack of conformity of the products in accordance with the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. In the event of receiving a defective or damaged product during transport, the user must inform the RESPONSIBLE PARTY as soon as possible, providing photographs where possible.

10. Liability

The RESPONSIBLE PARTY is not responsible for delays or incidents in delivery resulting from causes beyond its control, such as strikes, adverse weather conditions, or errors in the shipping data provided by the user.

11. Intellectual and industrial property

All website content (texts, images, logos, design) is the property of the RESPONSIBLE PARTY or has the corresponding authorization for its use; its total or partial reproduction without prior and express authorization is prohibited.

12. Data protection

Personal data provided by the user will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

13. Applicable law and dispute resolution

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any controversy, the parties will submit to the courts and tribunals that correspond according to consumer and user protection regulations.
